Wanlass is a senior-level public relations consultant with more than 15 years proven experience with PR strategy, article and speaker placement, press release/article writing, and the overall positioning of clients – and their executives - as industry thought leaders. She started her career as a writer for The Associated Press and branched into PR at Applied Communications Corp., where she managed media relations for various products at Oracle and Storage Technology, Inc.
As a Senior PR Associate for Snapp Conner PR, Wanlass will manage media relations, communications strategy and speaking opportunities for a variety of clients. In addition, she will participate in press release, case study, whitepaper and Web content writing.
Wanlass has secured coverage for clients in print and online publications including Information Week, Computerworld, eWeek, Computer Reseller News, PC Magazine, TechCrunch, CNET, Mashable, ReadWriteWeb and VentureBeat.
